How far in advance should I order my container?
72 hour notice is required on bookings.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your order at www.gorlc.com. Click on tracing and enter your tracking number.
Can I purchase packaging supplies? Where?
Packaging supplies can be viewed online as full kits here. Let your customer service representative know which kit you want when booking the order.
Does You Crate offer insurance?
You Crate does offer additional insurance as follows:

Does You Crate require a deposit?
You Crate does not require a deposit. Full payment is collected upon pick up of the full container or upon delivery of the full container.

Will my price change?
The only time your price would change is if you added or removed containers from your order, or if You Crate had to re-consign (deliver to new destination or origin) the order.
How many days do we have to pack and unpack the container?
You Crate does allow 2-3 days for packing and unpacking of the containers.
What can not be shipped in a You Crate container?
Inside the containers you are unable to ship poisonous, flammable, corrosive or perishable items. Please refer to the full list of of these items.
Does the container lock?
The containers do not have locks on them. However, the customers are free to supply their own locks cable locks will fit through the top slots.
Does You Crate offer a driver assist program?
You Crate does offer a driver assist program on single shipment items that will take less than 30 minutes to pack, are readily accessible, and someone is available to assist. The drivers are in no way permitted to pack the containers alone. You Crate is a self-packaging and crating company but will assist on small items. Our drivers will not be held responsible for damages in anyway on a driver assist. Driver assist is a free of charge program designed to ASSIST the customers with small, single item orders. The driver assist program only applies on the cube container orders.
