I just want to thank you for all your assistance and great customer service that you provided in getting our daughter's belongings from Indiana to Florida. You were so polite and courteous and made something in this hectic paced world so easy for us.

My crates were just delivered from Charlotte, NC to New York, NY. I just wanted to drop a little note saying a big 'Thank You'! You Crate was the best moving decision I made. Bobbie did a super job of customer service. She provided me with suggestions that allowed for flexibility, which I really needed. We finished packing on a Friday when pickup was no longer available, but nevertheless the containers were perfect for our purposes.

Delivery was scheduled for Friday afternoon, and of course, in desert San Diego, it rained. A three day-weekend prevented my mother from receiving her things on Monday, so Bobbie made arrangements for me to go to the San Diego terminal Friday night and pick up a few things (her favorite chair and a few boxes that were most special). R+L helped me get into the crates (cutting the bands and reinstalling them after I was through) and helped me put the things in my car. My mother was SO HAPPY to get her things, and the evening terminal manager was very helpful.

There was a little bit of miscommunication upon delivery in San Diego, but the driver more than made up for it by assisting me in emptying the crates. It took me very little time to complete the task.

You Crate is just what I needed: an economical way to get things moved, with the best customer service for those of us with problems! Bobbie and the crew exemplify: "Don't find fault, find remedies". I am so grateful for the service you provide.

The goods were delivered in a reasonable time and the price was in line with what I could afford.
